TODD P. CLYDE
President & Chief Executive Officer
Todd Clyde became CEO and President of Digirad Corporation, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, in October 2008. He joined Digirad as Chief Financial Officer in November 2002. In December 2007, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Product Head, expanding his responsibilities to include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the product segment of the business. |

| Prior to joining Digirad, he held senior finance and accounting positions at Verance Corporation, I-Bus/Phoenix and Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Clyde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. |

RICHARD B. SLANSKY
Chief Financial Officer
Richard B. Slansky became our CFO in March 2009. He has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in medical device, high-tech and biotech companies. Prior to joining Digirad, he was President, CFO, Director and Corporate Secretary of SpaceDev, Inc., an aerospace company. He joined SpaceDev in February 2003 and became President and Director in November 2004. From July 2002 to February 2003 he was interim CEO, interim CFO and Director for Quick Strike Resources, Inc., an IT training, services, and consulting firm. |

| From May 2000 to July 2002, he served as CFO, VP of Finance, Administration and Operations and Corporate Secretary for Path 1 Network Technologies, Inc., a company focused on merging broadcast and cable quality video transport with IP networks. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a master's degree in business administration in finance and accounting from the University of Arizona. |

RANDY L. WEATHERHEAD
Senior Vice President Business Development & Marketing
Randy L. Weatherhead became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2006. He joined Digirad as Vice President of Marketing in August of 2005. Mr. Weatherhead has over 25 years of senior management experience in medical imaging sales and marketing, product development and strategic planning. Prior to coming to Digirad, he served for nearly eight years as Global Vice President at Siemens Medical Systems Nuclear Medicine and PET Products, a division with over $500 million in annual sales. |

| He was Director of Marketing for Technicare, a Johnson and Johnson company, specialized in medical imaging earlier in his career and has held senior sales and marketing positions with a number of smaller entrepreneurial companies specialized in medical imaging, including ONI in Wilmington, MA, Sopha Medical Systems, formerly of Columbia, MD, and ADAC Laboratories (now Philips) in Milpitas, CA. |
